Please contact the Hon. Secretary if you do not receive an email acknowledgement within 3 days.

The form below may be used to report a result to the Secretary. However, the printed report, completed on the night and signed by the loosing Skip remains the 'Official Report'. The printed report need not be sent to the Hon. Secretary as well as the electronic notification, but it should be kept safe until the end of the season, in case of dispute, in which case it may need to be consulted.

You may wish to print out a copy of the web page before you "submit" it for your own records to keep with the Offical Report
